1) See the expected waiting time:
Open the app – the first thing you will see is the expected waiting time based on your current location.
2) Calculate your price:
Insert a pickup and a destination address to get a fixed price offer instantly. You may then choose whether to book at a fixed price or to drive on meter rates.
3) Choose fixed price or meter rates:
When booking at a fixed price you avoid worrying about unexpected traffic changes, traffic congestion etc. that prolong your ride and thus increase the price. With a fixed price you know the price in advance, no matter the unexpected delays in traffic that may occur.
4) Payment:
We recommend payment from inside the app using a credit card or MobilePay. This enables you to get straight on with your everyday when arriving to your destination, instead of waiting for credit card terminals inside the car. As an alternative, you may also choose to pay inside the car by Apple Pay, Google Pay or with cash.
5) Rate your ride:

All chauffeurs at TAXA 4x35 needs to comply with the corporate service quality standards. That include mandatory day courses with a final exam – a unique requirement among the taxi suppliers in Denmark. Furthermore, all working chauffeurs has to meet the minimum required average customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars. By means of mystery-shopping we are continuously doing sample controls throughout each year.
