The web-based host portal makes it easy to create squads & host challenges. Squad challenges bring the SuperBetter methodology to life. Each has an epic win and 5-days of activities. Hosts select from a library of over 90 challenges to promote mental, emotional, social & physical resilience, or create custom challenges to have squads go for any epic win they choose. The Player account is a companion to the Host account. It is a free account to play with squads only.
 
Players can join squad challenges when invited by someone with a Host account, and play a weekly challenge hosted by SuperBetter.

Payment will be charged to your credit card. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period. Manage your subscription in Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
